On March 9, 2010 at 1:56 p.m. officers from the Wildomar Police Department responded to the Chase Bank reference a robbery that had just occurred. Investigation revealed a Hispanic male adult, 23 years, 5’08” 140 wearing a white Chargers baseball cap and dark colored pinstripe blazer, entered the location holding a small duffle bag. The suspect approached teller and opened the bag exposing money. The suspect asked the teller if she had $100.00's in exchange for $1.00's and $5.00's. The teller told him “yes,” the suspect then pulled his shirt up exposing his front waistband revealing a brown/black semi-auto handgun. The suspect then ordered the teller to give him money from her till.

The suspect fled the bank and entered a newer maroon Toyota Tundra Truck extra cab with chrome rims and a raised suspension. An area check was conducted and officers were unable to locate the suspect vehicle. Investigators responded to the bank and assumed the investigation along with the FBI.
